UKBC Biology Champions

Congratulations to our 3rd and 4th Year UKBC Biology Champions! Competing against 41,000 pupils from 550 schools, our pupils did extremely well in the online challenge, designed to stimulate curiosity for the natural world and develop an interest in biology outside of school.

Truro School pupils achieved a total of 4 Gold, 16 Silver, 27 Bronze, 34 Highly Commended and 27 Commended. Particular congratulations go to Oriana, Matthew, Arthur and Tilly who achieved Gold, this puts them in the top 5% of participants nationwide! All pupils who took part get one year’s free subscription to BioNet and The Biologist magazine.
