Brother and Sister Win Medals in the LPJS

Last weekend our U13 boys and U11 girls took part in the Leon Paul Junior Series Competition in St Albans.

Etienne competed in the U13 sabre event; it took him the first round of poule to find his performance, and his fencing improved as the rounds progressed. He performed his best fencing in the knockout stages, winning 10-2 and securing the gold medal against tough competition.

Etienne’s sister competed in her first fencing competition in the U11 girl’s sabre, where she fenced bravely and claimed a spot on the podium in the bronze medal position.
