The Future is Now

A huge well done to our twenty-five dancers who took part in last night’s incredible dance showcase at Hall for Cornwall, joining secondary schools from across Cornwall to experience and share the positivity of the arts.

In the showcase, The Future is Now, our Wednesday dancers performed ‘Stand up and Fight’, a piece exploring the idea of our youth and their fight for the future: perseverance, determination and a passion to fight for survival.

Our after-school club performed a commercial K-pop dance piece to ‘Run the World’, with the theme of empowerment running throughout.

A huge thank you to our dance coach Lisa Ann McNally for choreographing the pieces and for her inspiration and positivity throughout and to Mrs Sanderson for her ongoing support. Thank you also to all the secondary schools involved and to the Hall for Cornwall for hosting the event.
