Consistency, Commitment and Compassion for 2nd Year Colours

Colours at Truro School are awarded for representing co-curricular areas of school life, recognising loyalty and dedication together with a sustained commitment and contribution to a co-curricular area. They are a permanent recognition of outstanding achievement.

On Thursday, the 2nd years were, for the first time, awarded their Sports Colours on the 1st team pitch. Pupils were recognised for their positive attitude and commitment to Sport at Truro School and for being role models and ambassadors for the subject and School.

Mr Sanderson commented, “It was lovely to have the opportunity to thank the 2nd years for their efforts across school sport and more importantly, to thank them for representing the school so well. The PE team and I are proud of the whole cohort and we look forward to presenting more colours to this year group again in the 5th year.”
