Today marked the start of this term’s WAA and among the many options was the ever-popular Physics club. The classroom was full of budding enthusiasts from the 1st Year to the Upper Sixth, ready to enhance their critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
In this week’s session some of our pupils engaged in a bridge-building construction project, calculating which type of bridge has the most stability. Meanwhile, the rest of the group was getting to grips with electronics, specifically working on circuits.
During physics WAA pupils learn through interactive activities beyond the realms of textbooks which allow them to explore their curiosity with like-minded peers.
