ACHE Ambassador Promotes Mental Well-being in Motorsport

One of our ACHE Mentoring students has gone above and beyond by actively advocating for mental well-being within his sport of motor racing. Sixth Former Henry F, a Racing Driver in the BRSCC Fiesta Junior Championship, has recently been appointed as an ambassador for the Motorsport mental health support organisation Driven Minds. The organisation provides mental health advice and support for people in the motorsports and automotive industry. His ambassadorial role means he will be part of the support team at race circuit events.

Henry has been sharing videos on the benefits of participating in sports for mental health and well-being. His passion for motorsports aligns perfectly with his advocacy efforts, making him a proud representative of an organisation that resonates with his sporting interests. In addition to his racing pursuits, Henry manages his own social media accounts dedicated to spreading awareness about mental health in the motorsports community. Congratulations Henry!
