Pupils Shine in Devised Performances

Truro School’s GCSE Drama pupils captivated audiences with their recent devised performance, showcasing creativity, teamwork, and thought-provoking themes. The production, entirely pupil-led, allowed pupils to craft original material, developing both their performance and technical skills.

Held in the school’s Burrell Theatre in front of a crowd of friends and family, the event saw pupils delve into a wide range of contemporary issues, blending humour, tension, and emotion into a unique narrative. The show was a testament to the strength of the school’s drama program, fostering not only artistic expression but also creativity, collaboration and confidence among its young performers.
