1st XI Football Win

After winning their third-round match against Abingdon School 5-2, our 1st X1 Football Team have progressed to the next round of the Independent Schools Football Association National cup.

Abingdon School travelled all the way down from Oxfordshire the night before and proved to be a strong competitor as they took the lead with a wonderful strike from the edge of the box. However, Truro School bounced back with goals from Freddie and Fin to take a narrow half-time lead.

Abingdon came out fast in the second half and equalised after a scramble in the box. However, Truro stayed strong and collated three more goals before the final whistle to take the win!
