Sixth Form Badminton

Our Sixth Form badminton players enjoyed an exciting fixture against CSM Shuttles (a combined team for Falmouth University, Exeter University and Cornwall School of Mining) at the Sir Ben Ainslie Sports Centre.

Both teams played very well, with our women’s team ending victorious after narrowly winning three games to two. Despite ferocious competition and huge effort, our men’s team were defeated.

The matches continued with friendly and fun mixed games and a few more singles and doubles where both sides were evenly matched. Both teams enjoyed the opportunity and are keen for more fixtures in the coming months.
