Inspiring Futures 2025 Careers Convention

A huge thank you to all the delegates who joined us for our 2025 Careers Convention at the Sir Ben Ainslie Sports Centre.

The event was a fantastic opportunity for pupils and students from 3rd Year upwards to explore different careers, industries, and pathways, helping them make informed decisions about their futures.

Delegates from a wide range of industries, from STEM and the arts to hospitality and agriculture, shared their expertise, offering valuable advice on career ambitions, apprenticeships, qualifications, and summer job opportunities. Breakout talks were also available, discussing ‘Employability’, with Head of Careers, Mrs Kenward, and ‘Apprenticeships’ with Stephen Roberts.

We are incredibly grateful to all the professionals and organisations who volunteered their time to inspire our pupils and students. Their guidance and expertise made this year’s convention a huge success.
