“For they shall grow not old as we that are left grow old. Age shall not weary them or the years condemn at the going down of the sun and in the morning, we will remember them.”
Both sites at Truro School and Truro School Prep fell silent at 11.00 this morning to remember those lost in war and conflict.
Prep pupils observed the silence in front of the school, whilst Senior pupils reflected whilst watching our Chapel service in which Sixth Form students placed tributes to past members of our Truro School family.
Katie and Mr Pope introduced the minute’s silence with the trumpet playing of The Last Post, and the choir sang a moving rendition of Paul Drayton’s ‘For Remembrance’.
