New Cathedral Choristers Formally Admitted

Last Sunday, in front of a welcoming congregation, Truro Cathedral Choir formally admitted its latest choristers at the morning service. Edward, Hugo, James and Wilf received their white surplices from the Dean to recognise their full membership of the Cathedral Choir after serving as probationer choristers since September.

They also signed the book which includes the names of all members of Truro Cathedral Choir, from Directors of Music to choristers, since its formation in 1880. The four boys have worked very hard to learn music, routines and expectations of a full chorister and thoroughly deserve their new status.
