Amazonian Efforts for the Bigger Picture

The Year 5 Bigger Picture projects for this half-term asked pupils to research and present their findings on the subject of ‘the Amazon Rainforest, the Lungs of the Earth’.

The Bigger Picture is a topic-based half-termly homework assignment that poses open-ended questions for our pupils to respond to however they see fit.

Once again, the submissions were creative, informative and original, ranging from interactive models to a computer-generated virtual rainforest. Other year groups were allowed to view and provide feedback on the projects, with much to learn from and admire. The pupils continue to impress us with their ingenuity and effort. Well done to all concerned.
