In today’s Prep school assembly, our Chorister boys, along with Truro Cathedral’s Director of music Chris Gray, spoke about what life as a chorister is like and how their peers can get involved with becoming a Chorister.
The boys spoke about the early morning practices and evening performances, as well as their favourite services of the year, which included the recent candlelit service and midnight mass. The boys also spoke about the different opportunities they’ve been given as part of being a Chorister and the extracurricular activities they’ve also been able to partake in.
Our Boy Choristers are ages 8-13 and can learn all about what being a chorister is like by coming to our Chorister experience day on 22nd January. This is open to all boys from years 2,3,4 and is an excellent way for the boys to get an insight into life as a Chorister.
