This term, our WAA photography pupils have been out with their cameras exploring the captivating world of photography. After mastering the fundamentals of their SLR cameras, pupils have been focusing on the art of composition. They have discussed and explored various techniques such as framing, the rule of thirds, negative space, lines, and symmetry – key elements that help to create technically accomplished and striking photographs.
Each week, the pupils have faced a new photographic challenge designed to spark their creativity. They have responded by capturing unique and compelling images, which are shared with the group – we thought they were fantastic, well done photographers! We hope this journey has enhanced their technical skills and their ability to see and capture their environment in new ways.
