Members of the Rotary Club joined Prep School today to present to an incredible young writer.
In March, Sam entered the competition with his environment-themed diary, where he was awarded first place at the district level of this annual writing competition.
His writing was then put forward to the national level, where his writing was judged against children across the country. After the long-awaited results, we are thrilled to share that Sam took second place overall, which is a huge achievement.
Mr Bayly (Rotary Club) praised Sam’s writing for having depth, maturity and a powerful message about how we must all care for our environment. Congratulations Sam!
