Double County Champions

Double Champions! A huge congratulations to both the U15 netball and U12 girls’ hockey teams, who have become county champions this week.

The U15 netball team travelled to Bodmin College, where, after a convincing first round of games, Truro School secured the top of their group. The team fought hard in all of their matches, showing determination, focus and passion, scoring 113 goals, and conceding 14 in 8 matches.

Mrs Newton has commented on how fantastic all of the U15s have competed throughout their season and is very much looking forward to watching them compete in the upcoming World School Games.

The U12s also played a fantastic tournament, playing some superb hockey and remaining undefeated throughout the day. We wish them the best of luck in the regional finals next week.
