England Squad Selection for Eddie

Sixth Former Eddie received the fantastic news that he has been selected for the England Counties U18 squad.

Eddie was picked as part of the squad of 23 following two divisional development weekends in February. Only one of two players from the South West to have made the national squad, Eddie has done extremely well.

Eddie will join the squad for a two-match series against Ireland Clubs & Schools in April at Goldington Road, home of Championship side Bedford Blues.

England Counties U18, led this year by John Mackenzie, will convene next weekend at the home of Worcester Warriors for team building exercises, field sessions and to develop playing strategies. They will also play against Worcester Warriors Academy for game practice. They will then reunite in the second week of April where final preparations will be made for their first game.
