Spurred on by Mr Thomson’s infectious enthusiasm, the Jazz Concert gets bigger and better each year with pupils from all ages performing both instrumental and vocal jazz in a live setting.
This complete immersion into the language of Jazz created a number of high-level performances throughout the night, with the enjoyment of playing live jazz shining through at all times.
The evening included a collection for the Australian Red Cross, helping with disaster relief and recovery work following the bush fire tragedy.
