Hosting the Cornwall Winter School Games

Truro School was pleased to host over 250 pupils from 20 schools across Cornwall for the county final of the Cornwall Winter School Games. Organised by Active Cornwall, this event aims to engage pupils who may not typically participate in sports or represent their schools in team competitions. The day’s program featured a swim safe session in the pool, a multiskills sports activities, and an exciting dodgeball competition. The event concluded with an awards ceremony to celebrate the participants’ achievements.
