Prep Celebrate Lunar New Year

Prep marked the beginning of the Lunar New Year, the year of the Rabbit, with a Chinese-themed lunch, which included sweet and sour chicken, Chinese chow mein, and prawn crackers! The children could also practice their chopstick skills whilst eating their Chinese lunch.

Meanwhile, in the Pre-Prep, there was a day of Lunar New Year-inspired activities, from creating rabbit stain glass windows and making new years cards to making red and gold envelopes to fill with chocolate coins.

The reception children were also lucky enough to be gifted fortune cookies and filled envelopes from their classmate Chloe.
