Pupils Show Off Music Talent

On Monday evening, pupils from the Prep entertained their parents and friends as they showcased their talents at the Prep Instrumental and Singing Recital.

The evening, led by Ms Renshaw alongside visiting music teacher Rebecca, was a chance for our Prep musicians to show the progress they have made in their individual music lessons. Guests, who included the performers’ families and their Prep peers, were invited along to enjoy the evening.

The recital included delightful performances from Malhar, Elodie and Ramona on Piano and Ellie, Gabriel and Ollie on clarinet. Annie sung Peter Jenkins The Owls, with soothing tones and her harmonious voice filling the classroom. Rosalia finished the recitals with a  cheery performance on trumpet of the Birdie Song – which had pupils in giggles and parents clapping along.

Thank you to Mrs Renshaw and the performers for showcasing their hard work and dedication to their musical studies. Many pupils have taken on music lessons for varied instruments and it has been great to showcase their improvement during these recitals.
