Sailing Sponge Boats

The nursery children were filled with excitement as they gathered around the pool, ready to set sail with their homemade sponge boats. As part of their transport project, the children enjoyed learning all about boats and how they stay buoyant all through building their creations.

The young captains were eager to race their boats across the pool, using their problem-solving skills to find the best way to get their boats to the other side. They also had an exciting display from Archie, who brought in his remote-controlled boat, adding an extra element of fun to the afternoon.
