Silver Skills Acquired in Dartmoor Practice Expedition

Well done to our Silver DofE Teams who over last weekend, completed their practice expedition on Dartmoor. The teams had some incredible weather and enjoyed some spectacular scenery over their three day expedition, although it was chilly overnight with ice on the tents in the morning. They practised their navigation skills, decision-making, camping skills and teamwork. Practice expeditions are all about learning and developing skills ready for the qualifying expedition in June. Well done, everyone, and a big thank you to the Outdoor Learning Team and all the support crew who make these events happen.
