More trees and forests can make a major contribution to achieving global commitments on human development, biodiversity and climate change, and we were delighted to hear that Year 6 pupil’s Lowena and Lilia had chosen to support the WWF with their commitment to seedling nurseries and community-run forest reserves in Tanzania. Their success at the recent Christmas fete provided donations to plant 160 trees in Tanzania, helping to protect their environment and build a more sustainable future – keep up the good work girls!
