This week, the Truro School Sea Angling Club (TSSAC) headed to Pendennis Point for this exciting Wednesday Afternoon Activity.
Using scratching rigs and rag worm for bait, the team fished in the gullies, despite relatively small tides (the rag worm helped to increase the catch rate). The photos show some successful catches and some thrilled pupils!
Fishing is just one of the diverse range of activities on offer at Truro School and one that makes the most of our stunning coastline in Cornwall.
Thanks to Mr Chambers for leading the group and to the staff and pupils who make it both possible and so enjoyable.
