The Tudor rose was created when Henry VII brought an end to the Wars of the Roses is just one of the facts our budding Year 1 historians could tell you as they’ve been learning all about the Tudors.
In conjunction with their current topic, the pupils had an immersive Tudor day taking part in activities including fencing and archery, quill writing, Tudor rose decorating, and making delicious Tudor-inspired food which they enjoyed in their Tudor feast.
