Year 2 Cross Country Debut

The sun came out for Year 2’s first ever cross country yesterday, led by our Year 6 sports leaders, who ran the warm-up, led the race and marshalled.

It was lovely to see year 2’s enthusiasm as they tackled the course with some fantastic running. Zain and Reuben, our Year 6 front runners, were amazed at the speed and stamina of the runners.

A huge thank you to the Year 6s who gave up their lunchtime to help run the event, and well done to all of Year 2 for completing the race.
