Year 2 Swimming Gala

The Year 2 children were outstanding in both their attitude and performances at their gala on Friday, 14th March. Every time a race began, the children knew exactly what each whistle signal meant, and all entered the pool using the safe entry.

There were several close races and the children swam with care and diligence. Despite having an audience, they remained focused.

It was a proud moment for the parents and carers and our phenomenal teaching staff to see this wonderful group of pupils, aged just 6 and 7, swimming all four of the strokes, some with technical accuracy. Very well done to them all.
