Chess Club is proving as popular as ever at both the Prep and the Senior School and continues to welcome new players with and without any previous chess experience.

Those new to the game are welcome to come along to learn the primary phases of the game and practice their skills against other players. With online competitions and mid-school championship opportunities, seasoned chess players can quickly develop their game to new levels.

Chess can also be adopted as a skill for the DofE, and we hope pupils working towards their bronze award will be able to tutor some of the younger players.

Senior School Chess Club is on Wednesday and Friday afternoons 4-5 pm in room 10.
